AesthetiCare utilizes the ConBio MedLite C6 laser for tattoo removal. This is the most effective laser on the market today. Unlike most clinics that offer tattoo removal, we do not rent this laser 1-2 days per month, we own it so we can offer our clients this service 6 days a week. We have been performing tattoo removal since 2002 and have done literally thousands of treatments. How does the treatment work?The new lasers deliver light energy to a tattoo in nanoseconds, or millionths of a second. Certain colors of light are absorbed by specific colors of the tattoo ink. The light energy vaporizes or fragments the ink particles. Your body then flushes out these ink fragments naturally and the color fades over the next couple of weeks. |

Are there any possible side effects?
Some patients experience redness, swelling, tenderness, crusting, sunburn sensation, or itching immediately following treatment. How many treatments are required?
Size, color, location and the age of the tattoo determine the number of treatments necessary for effective tattoo removal. During the consultation, your treatment regimen will be reviewed and any questions you have will be answered.
