“I had my first child in May of 2010, which was the greatest day of my life. However, during the course of my pregnancy I managed to pack on 65 pounds! I was determined to lose the weight, but as a new mom it was very challenging. I began exercising about 4 days a week and trying to be devoted to the South Beach diet as much as possible. I was able to drop around 35 pounds by November of that year, but came to a plateau with my weight loss and no matter how much I would exercise or diet I could not lose the last 30 pounds.

That's when I turned to Sheryl Bridgewater, who ended up becoming my hero throughout the next four months. She devised a meal plan for me to begin two weeks before Thanksgiving of 2010 and suggested a simple exercise program, emphasizing cardio 3-4 days per week while exclusively sticking to the meal plan. The meal plan was surprisingly easy to follow, especially when I stepped on the scale after week one and had already lost 6 pounds! My goal was to lose 20 pounds by week six, which was easily attained and I actually lost 22. At that time, I no longer followed the meal plan exclusively and just stuck with the main principles Sheryl had taught me.  

By May 2011, I had dropped 3 dress sizes lost a total of 36 pounds — which was one dress size and 6 pounds lighter than I was before I even got pregnant! I am now a size 2 and 127 pounds! The most important thing is that I have kept the weight off and absolutely NEVER could have done this without Sheryl. She is amazing at what she does and has given me more motivation than I ever could have thought possible."

Michelle's Story

I saw an ad for Aestheticare’s Medical Weight Loss Program, and called to get more information.  I spoke with Sheryl Bridgewater on the phone, and felt comfortable with her right away.  I am in my early forties, and told Sheryl how frustrated I was about not being able to lose 10 or 15 pounds, and that I work out a lot, including several intense boot camp and spin classes each week.  Sheryl is in her forties, so I felt like she could really appreciate how tough it can be to lose weight.  I made an appointment for a consultation with Sheryl, and she was so encouraging, but also honest about the dietary changes I would need to make.

I started right before Thanksgiving last year, and with Sheryl’s help and encouragement, was able to actually lose weight and body fat during the holidays!  I love the InBody 520 scanner she has, because it really helps to find out where you are, and to make a plan on how to get to where you want to be.  Having Sheryl hold me accountable was also a tremendous help.  She knows it takes a lot of hard work and discipline, but that you have to live your life and enjoy it, too.  With her help, I was able to cut my body fat by four percentage points, and my weight by seven pounds!  I have broken through a critical plateau for me, and now I know that I can keep going, and I am not going back!

Sheryl and her program are amazing, and I know that she truly cares about her clients.  I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight and get healthier, whether it is 10 pounds or 100 pounds.
