What to expect?

The Halo Laser Process

How Does the Halo Laser Work?

The Halo Laser combines the benefits of non-ablative and ablative wavelengths to deliver precise results with a much easier and quicker healing experience than other resurfacing lasers on the market. The dual wavelengths unique to the Halo laser allow us to completely customize each patient’s treatment based on their skin’s unique needs and the desired downtime. Halo gives you the results you want without the downtime you expect.

01

Prior to the Treatment

Before you receive a Halo Laser procedure, your provider will thoroughly cleanse your skin and take VISIA pictures to identify potential treatment areas.

02

Prepare the Skin

One-hour prior to treatment, we will apply a topical numbing cream to your skin. Once the hour has passed the numbing cream is completely removed.

03

Determine Treatment Settings

Based on your VISIA results, we will set your treatment parameters on the Halo machine to deliver the correct laser light for the best results.

04

Post-Procedure

After your skin is treated with the Halo Laser, we apply cool compresses using a Zimmer and Avene cooling spray to reduce the heat.

05

Home Post-Care

We will provide you all the necessary products to care for your skin during the week following your procedure.

Benefits and Science Behind the HALO Laser Treatment

Aesthetic Care Medspa prides itself on offering cutting-edge treatments that combine innovation with patient comfort. The HALO Laser treatment exemplifies this commitment. To better appreciate the unparalleled results of the HALO Laser, it's crucial to delve deeper into its unique benefits and the science behind them.

The Fusion of Dual Wavelengths

The HALO Laser's foremost advantage lies in its use of both non-ablative and ablative wavelengths. While other treatments use either one or the other, the dual approach of HALO ensures a comprehensive rejuvenation. When combined, these two wavelengths offer a gentle and powerful skin transformation. You're getting the benefits of two treatments in one, ensuring a holistic rejuvenation that caters to your skin's unique needs.

Non-Ablative Wavelengths

These wavelengths work by heating the targeted tissue without destroying it. This encourages the skin's collagen production, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It's a gentler process, ensuring minimum discomfort and a faster recovery.

Ablative Wavelengths

These are more intensive and work by vaporizing tiny microchannels in the skin. This method facilitates deep skin resurfacing, addressing more pronounced skin imperfections like age spots, scars and uneven texture. The body's natural healing process then replaces these micro-channels with fresh, revitalized skin.

Tailored to Your Unique Skin Needs

Aesthetic Care Medspa understands that no two skin types are the same. That's why the HALO Laser stands out – its flexibility allows us to cater the treatment to each patient's distinct requirements. Using the VISIA imaging system, we can pinpoint the exact areas that need attention. This advanced technology captures in-depth images of your skin's surface and subsurface, highlighting everything from wrinkles to potential sun damage. With this precise data at hand, our experts adjust the HALO Laser's settings to provide a truly personalized treatment experience.

Minimal Downtime, Maximum Results

The balance between efficacy and recovery time is paramount with aesthetic procedures. Traditional laser treatments often come with extended periods of redness and peeling. HALO Laser, on the other hand, promises a quicker healing experience. Our post-treatment regimen, which includes cooling compresses and specialized sprays, ensures your skin is soothed and comforted immediately after the procedure. Our meticulous post-care products are designed to nourish and protect your skin, accelerating its natural healing process.

Safety First

Safety remains at the heart of every Aesthetic Care Medspa treatment. Rest assured, the HALO Laser is FDA-approved and has undergone testing to ensure its efficacy and safety. Our trained professionals stay up to date with the latest knowledge and techniques, ensuring each procedure is performed with utmost precision.

The HALO Laser treatment at Aesthetic Care Medspa isn’t just about skin rejuvenation; it’s about giving you the confidence to showcase your natural beauty. We combine the best of science, technology and personalized care to offer a transformative experience. When you opt for the HALO Laser treatment, you’re not just choosing a procedure but investing in a future where your skin radiates health and vitality. Let our experts guide you on your journey to rediscover your skin’s youthful glow.
