Sarah has been a Registered Nurse since 2011 and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. She practiced in primary care from 2017 to 2024 before transitioning to gastroenterology in 2024, where she gained additional experience in digestive health, metabolic conditions, and medical weight management.
Throughout her career, Sarah has been passionate about preventive care and helping patients achieve long-term wellness rather than simply treating disease. She believes the foundation of great healthcare begins with listening and taking the time to truly understand each patient’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle. By building meaningful relationships and partnering with her patients, she creates personalized treatment plans that support lasting, sustainable results.
Sarah is dedicated to helping patients optimize their health through hormone therapy, medical weight management, and evidence-based wellness strategies, empowering them to feel their best and reduce their risk of chronic disease.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys an active lifestyle with her family. She loves running, biking, spending time outdoors, trying out new recipes, cheering on the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, and supporting her husband as he coaches high school basketball. Her greatest joy is watching her three children explore new interests and create lasting family memories.
