We’re beyond honored to share that AesthetiCare Medspa has been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Kansas City Business Journal — and took home 1st place in our category (small business) among hundreds of incredible local companies!

This recognition means the world to us because it celebrates what we value most: our people. From the very beginning, culture has been the heartbeat of AesthetiCare. Our first employee, Judy Ribbey, RN, joined the team back in 2001 — and she’s still with us today. That kind of longevity speaks to the environment we strive to create every single day — one that’s fun, challenging, and deeply rewarding.

Founder and Managing Member Matt Taranto often says that our guiding principle comes from a quote by Richard Branson:

“Train your staff so well that they could leave you and get any job they want, but treat them so well that they never leave you.”

Over the past year, we’ve continued to raise the bar for both our staff and our clients. From consistent learning tools and training, to adding new benefits like an HSA contribution, increased 401(k) match, weekly team lunches, and even massage chairs in the breakroom, our goal remains simple — to support our team in the same way we support our clients: with care, gratitude, and excellence.
