Sometimes filler is stigmatized for making people’s facial expressions appear somewhat “frozen,” or it may be noticeable when the filler doesn’t move that well with a person’s facial expressions. The CEO and founder of the company Teoxane, Madame Valerie Taupin, co-created Juvéderm® dermal fillers over twenty years ago and since then has continued pioneering the advancement of filler treatments. You can add volume to a hollow area with filler and then relax the muscles to prevent future lines from forming. A combination of RHA® filler and Botox® / Dysport® will target wrinkles and folds even better than one treatment on its own.

How long does RHA® facial filler last?
It depends on the unique skin features of the person, but factors that affect filler duration are a person’s medical history, age, skin type, and skin concerns.
These facial fillers are designed to be long lasting. They’re clinically proven to be effective and last for a duration up to 15 months. This long duration period makes this procedure very low maintenance! You can even come back sooner for a treatment that complements the RHA filler such as a HydraFacial.

Who is a good candidate for RHA® filler?
We recommend this RHA® filler for adults 22 or older. Those that are new to filler or looking for subtle results are great candidates for it. This is a procedure where others will notice you’re looking fantastic, but can’t quite put their finger on what is different. It’ll be up to you to either shout it from the rooftops in excitement or keep it just between you and your AesthetiCare injector
This treatment works best for dynamic wrinkles and folds, so it won’t address concerns for those who do not have those skin issues. Unlike Botox, this procedure is not used to prevent wrinkles from forming, but to treat dynamic wrinkles and folds already present in the skin.
