About
Meet Samantha, originally from Hays, Kansas, whose journey into the world of beauty began at Johnson County College in Overland Park. Graduating with a cosmetology license in 2007, she honed her skills and built a thriving hairstyling career upon returning to her hometown.
After years of success in Hays, she embarked on a new chapter by joining AesthetiCare in August 2023. However, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found “Luxe Finishes Custom Epoxy” with her partner Trace in May 2023. Together, they’ve been pouring their passion into growing their business while balancing her role at AesthetiCare.
Currently living in Overland Park with her partner Trace and their beloved pets – two dogs, Rusty and Rukah, and their cat Milah – she discovers fulfillment in two main areas. Firstly, she takes pride in assisting the clients and her co-workers at AesthetiCare. Secondly, she channels her creativity into their epoxy business. When not busy you can find her enjoying quality time with her loved ones or exploring new avenues of creativity.

She is a passionate cook and culinary enthusiast who thrives on experimenting with new recipes. With a green thumb and a love for nature, she’s also an avid gardener, maintaining a smaller version of her expansive garden from her days in Hays while living in the city.
When not busy in the kitchen or tending to her plants, she and her significant other can be found exploring and hiking with their beloved dogs. Living close to one of her three sisters brings her joy, especially since she gets to spend quality time with her new niece.
As an aunt to six girls and four boys, and a proud great aunt to one, family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes every moment spent with her family. Whether in the kitchen, the garden, or out on the trails, Samantha finds fulfillment in the simple joys of life and the bonds she shares with her loved ones.
