Most patients can return to work and normal daily activities within two to three days of their InstaLift treatment. However, you should avoid strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, vigorous chewing and other activities that significantly increase blood flow to your face for about a week.

You can typically resume your regular skincare routine within a few days, though you should avoid any aggressive rubbing, scrubbing or massage around the treatment area for at least two weeks.

Maintaining a consistent skincare routine that includes daily sun protection with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher is a non-negotiable when it comes to protecting the longevity of your results. Staying well-hydrated and following a nutrient-dense diet will also help to support your skin’s collagen production.
